Sentimental Bus rocked the house like the building-toppling Big One. They were Quasi meets Le Tigre with some Devo thrown in for good measure.

A dynamic duo that totally teared everything apart with that tasty Japanese rave-punk that everyone in their right mind adores, Natsu (the cute singer) and Akinori (the spazzily wonderful keyboardist) ruled absolute. Absolute!

They started fiddling around individually in Jr. High school, got together in 1997, and quickly made the new now noise that I adore. Trust me, you'll love it too, no question whatsoever.

In fact, if I were you I'd start with their second album, [Sayonara Girl], which is nothing if not amazing. From Natsu's cover 'fro that's about to burst out of the plastic case, to amazingly peppy songs like [Sunny Day Sunday], [Summer Time Kids Story] and [Weed Crown], there's absolutely no way you can go wrong.

Unfortunately, they've been defunct as a band since 12.2000, and I'd love to know what the two of them are up to now. If you have any info, please pass it my way.
