Triceratops

Someone won Triceratops' latest album, [The 7th Voyage Of Triceratops], which is quite swell.

Contest: Win Triceratops CD, [The 7th Voyage Of Triceratops]
Entry Over

Winner: Inuki

Triceratops are a tight trio with a rather western sound; their earlier work kind of reminds me of early Technical Jed meets Smashing Pumpkins.

Big on the guitar sound, and with influences from The Beatles and U2 to The Rentals (!), Triceratops have been around for a decade but are only now starting to catch the public's attention.

I've been following them since their excellent third album, [A Film About the Blues], yet lost track of them once they left Sony Japan a few years back. Thus, my Triceratops page languished for a few years, while I slowly but surely tracked down their post-Sony work. It's all quite great, especially [Dawn World], so I wanted to give you all a change to check them out.

Thus, one lucky winner can snatch their 7th album:
